REACH AND CLP IN RUSSIA AND CIS

Meeting current and future REACH and CLP requirements

24th & 25th November 2011

Moscow, Russia

The first stage of REACH registration is behind us. Leading companies from Russia and CIS have successfully met the first deadline last November 2010. With the 2010 deadline, REACH is just beginning. Companies that manufacture in, or import substances into the EU above 100 tonnes per year will be required to register in accordance with REACH Regulation before 1st June 2013. In that regard, companies are actively preparing for the next stage. What are the 2013 requirements? How can you avoid obstacles in the upcoming phases of REACH? What are lessons learned from the 2010 registrations, what should be improved and how can you minimize the risk of failing to meet the deadline?

This IC ENERGY conference will bring together key industry players and regulatory experts to share experience in fulfilling REACH/CLP regulations and find solutions to ongoing challenges faced by companies today. The speakers will share advice on lessons learned from 2010 registration and how they are effectively preparing for 2013 registrations. There will also be presentations on the latest updates in chemical safety legislations outside the EU.
